Home Buying Timeline
Get Pre-Approved
You will apply with 1-3 lenders to see who can give you the best deal. Once you are done, you will have a pre-approval letter detailing how much you qualify for.
Home Shop
Now that you know how much you are pre-approved for, I will send you a list of homes that fit your desired criteria. Once we have selected a few favorites, we will go tour them!
Offer Accepted
We may find your home in the first round of tours, or later, but when we do, I will submit the offer on your behalf. Once accepted, you will begin the underwriting process with your lender while we order and review the inspection.
Close!
Once you are "Clear To Close" we head to the title company to sign docs and voila, you are a new home owner!
